Pedro Timo
Partner
Pedro boasts a decade of extensive operational experience, having held notable positions at prominent organizations such as Whirlpool and RBI, the parent company of Burger King. In 2022, he made a deliberate decision to join Fat Tuesday, a Private Equity Portfolio company. Throughout his tenure at Fat Tuesday, Pedro spearheaded various accomplishments serving in several C Level positions and later becoming Operating Partner in the Private Equity that owned the company. In 2024 he decided to pursue his own investment firm and is currently looking for business to buy.
Jon McHattie
Partner
Jon is a dynamic finance professional with an MBA from Darden and over 10 years of experience in Finance. Jon spent the past six years at J.P. Morgan in a variety of roles, including sales, product management, and financial analytics. Most recently, Jon led a team delivering comprehensive financial insights to drive strategic decision-making. He has a proven track record in leveraging analytical skills to enhance performance and optimize processes.

Fairly priced – in line with peers
We will pay 3-5x EBITDA / SDE depending on the business
Stable industry and business
We are looking for repeating / recurring revenues and stable margins
$250k-$1mm annual earnings
We can add most value to businesses in the $250k-$1mm range
Business or Home Services
Our industry preference is for a B2B or Home Services business
